Tygon®
Laboratory Tubing R - 3603
The most consistently reliable tubing for the transfer
of liquids and gases, Tygon® Laboratory Tubing handles
virtually all inorganic chemicals found in today's
laboratories. Crystal clear, flexible (Durometer
Hardness, Shore A, 55) tubing of superior quality.
Outstanding chemical resistance. Lot-to-lot consistency
for reproducible results. Increases productivity in
peristaltic pumps -- outlasts other clear tubing 2 to 1.
Ideal for condensers, incubators, desiccators, gas lines
and drain lines. Crystal-clear and flexible, Tygon®
Laboratory Tubing handles virtually all inorganic
chemicals found in the lab. It is non-oxidizing and
non-contaminating. Long-lasting and crack-resistant,
Tygon® Laboratory Tubing is less permeable than rubber
tubing. The glassy-smooth inner bore helps prevent
buildup so that cleaning is facilitated. Autoclavable.
Remains flexible at -45°F (-43°C). Complies with Federal
Specifications L-T-790A Type II for lab applications. OK
for ozone. |

Reinforced
PVC Polyester Braid Tubing
Chemical resistant (see Chemical Resistant Chart in
back), but also meets FDA standards and CFR Title 21
parts 170-199, except #60202. Non-toxic, crystal clear,
ozone resistant. Service temperature +25°F to 150°F.
Self extinguishing. Comes in 100 ft. lengths. Heavy wall
is kink resistant. Burst pressure 4 times W.P. 72
Durometer. |

Tygon®
Medical Tubing S - 50 - HL
Originally developed for use in cardiac surgery.
Ideal for contact with blood. Flexible and resilient
with established performance in peristaltic pump
applications. Meets ISO 10993 and meets FDA standards
for biocompatibility, and meets USP Class VI criteria.
Can be sterilized by radiation, ethylene oxide, steam or
chemical methods. Durometer hardness: Shore A, 66.
Working temp. range -55°F. to 165°F. |

Tygon®
Chemfluor® FEP Tubing
Excellent physical and electrical properties. Wide
range of working temp. -100°F to 400°F. Fluorinated
ethylene propylene (FEP) is a chemically inert
thermoplastic.Transparent tubing is excellent for acids
(all concentrations), aliphatic alcohols, aldehydes,
bases, esters, hydrocarbons (aliphatic, aromatic and
halogenated), ketones and strong oxidizing agents. Can
be rigorously cleaned in boiling nitric acid for
high-purity analysis. Tubing formulation meets FDA
standards CFR 21 for food packaging, per paragraph
177.1550. Do not radiation-sterilize. |

Tygon®
Norprene® Pressure Tubing A - 60 - FIB
Versatile Norprene® Tubing provides long life for
everyday use, consistently outperforming general-purpose
rubber tubing in a wide variety of applications. It
exhibits excellent resistance to ozone and UV light,
with little to no signs of deterioration in laboratory
testing equivalent to 10 years of outdoor exposure. It
is temperature resistant up to 275° F and retains
flexibility to -60° F. Extremely abrasion resistant and
bends easily to simplify custom component assembly.
Ideal for use in clean-in-place and steam-in-place
cleaning and sterilization systems. It is compatible
with virtually all commercial cleaners and sanitizers.
Norprene® can also be repeatedly autoclaved for up to
five cycle times without affecting overall service life.
Norprene® Pressure Tubing fully complies with FDA
177.2600 criteria, 3A Sanitary Standards and NSF
Standard 51, which are applicable to many food contact
applications. Use insert fittings |
